When LochOrandith dies, Khorrin is forced to leave the only home he remembers and face a perilous desert. He stumbles upon a ruin and unknowingly activates an ancient secret.
This secret leads to his capture by the strikingly beautiful white haired captain of the Ickoik. His capture will prove to upend everything the captain knows, throwing them both into the grips of an ancient enemy, irrevocably tying her to the very person she tried to imprison.
